ALTA/ACSM Surveys
ALTA Surveys are provided to numerous commercial land and raw land projects. AMTI’s knowledgeable staff is responsive to the requirements of individual projects, satisfying the most demanding conditions and time frames to provide the information required by lenders at the first submittal to expedite interest rate lock and escrow closing.
